Dave was one of the original co-founders of Sigma Efficiency with Jon in 2011. Previously having spent over 26 years in Senior Retail and Supply Chain management this provided the background experience required to be part of the Sigma Team.

Dave’s other passions include Scuba diving, Clay Pigeon Shooting and Walking.
Jon was one of the original co-founders of Sigma Efficiency with Dave in 2011. Previously having spent over 25 years in supply chain, transport and distribution centre management and HR training this provided the background experience required to be part of the Sigma Team.
Jon’s most recent assignments included, Numerous implementations of Sigma’s own DCPM performance management software (UK and US), Global Supply Chain strategy (US, UK and Europe)
Living in the USA by the shores of Lake Michigan Jon’s other passion is cruising around the lake in his boat.
Will joined Sigma in 2020, previously having spent a successful career in Supply Chain working at senior levels with Wilko, Victoria Plum and Cardfactory plc.
During his career he travelled extensively throughout Asia setting up consolidation platforms supplier portals and MI reporting systems for freight and imports management.
Will specialises in Excel bridging solutions, Business Intelligence solutions, Network and Data Infrastructure, SQL Server Administration and all things Technical, hence Technical Support.
Based in the South Yorkshire, Will enjoys all things to do with foraging (especially mushrooms), beekeeping and the odd spot of Badminton.
Chris, joined Sigma in 2015 previously having spent a career in retail working at senior levels across retail operations, trading and store format development providing the experience within his sector required to be part of the Sigma team. Most recently he has worked across a diverse range of business formats across the UK and Europe including multisite retail operations (Europe and UK) retail productivity and store efficiency (UK) store concept and roll out (Europe). Chris lives in North Derbyshire with a sporting background in football and golf.
Alex joined Sigma in 2017 having previously worked with Dave over the last 10 years.
Following graduating with a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2010, Alex went straight into Customs consultancy for a well-established consultancy firm. In 2013 Alex obtained the Advanced Certificate in International Trade from the Institute of Export and continues to be an Associate Member of the Institute. Alex specialises in EU/UK policy, classification, regulation, and procedures. Over the last 10 years, Alex has conducted customs duty reviews for a wide range of importers recovering millions of pounds in overpaid duty.
Alex is a keen spectator of all sports and will generally be found watching rugby over the weekend.
Paul joined Sigma in 2016 having previously worked with Dave over the last 15 years.
Paul has over 30 years’ experience operating as a customs duty adviser to numerous importers in varying trade sectors including multinationals and SME’s. Following a career in HMRC Paul left the service in 1989 as a Senior Officer in the Investigation Division. He moved to commerce and worked at one of the big four accountancy firms before setting up Bell Davies in 1994 with fellow partners Alun Davies and John Carlin. Over the last few years, Pauls work with Sigma Efficiency has resulted in the recovery of millions of £’s in overpaid duty from HMRC on behalf of UK retailers. Paul is a keen traveller and enjoys countryside walking sometimes with a golf club in his hand. “
